Juan Avila

Graduated from Cordoba University in the specialisation of Veterinary Public Health, Juan studied for an MSc in Food Technology at Reading University.

He became an Official Veterinarian in 1993 and since then has been working in the veterinary meat inspection sector, delivering numerous courses and conferences in this field all over Spain and South America.

He was a Director of Eville & Jones between 1996 and 2020 and his main role in the company was associated with recruiting and training new veterinarians, as well as their deployment and development.

Since 2023 he is the Eville & Jones country ambassador, helping with the recruitment of veterinarians and also carry out several export certifications of products of animal origin.
