Jason Aldiss

Dr Jason Aldiss is a veterinary strategist and seasoned senior executive with a track record of innovation in the veterinary and agri-livestock sectors. He has been instrumental in establishing visionary frameworks and governance initiatives, especially in food policy and animal health. As Managing Director at Eville & Jones’ Group for 25 years, he grew the enterprise significantly, serving various governments and overseeing a large team of veterinary professionals. Jason has played key roles in organisations such as the Union of European Veterinary Hygienist, Leeds Trinity University, and CABROP, demonstrating his leadership in public health and sustainable food production as well as being Past President of the VPHA. He’s also been influential in advancing agricultural technology through roles at Vetline Recruitment and Advanced Agri-Tech Solutions Ltd, and has represented the UK meat sector as AIMS’ Head of External Affairs. His educational background includes a veterinary science degree from Massey University, and he has been honoured with the British Empire Medal. His political and professional engagements are extensive, having held various leadership positions within the Conservative Party, veterinary associations, and community organisations.
